FREE FALLING

By some small miracle, Alaska treated us to a magical fall.
Mason still hasn't changed too much in the last 3 years (love him)!!!
Denton decided it was time to become a true Alaskan and go hunting for some caribou.  He got lucky with the weather and only slightly froze at night.  He managed to get one and we have been enjoying the fruits of his labour.  I am surprised by how much I like it!

While he was away the boys and I checked out a new pump track in Palmer.
We managed to fit in our new Labour day sand dune tradition.  It was a great day.
Harper once again lived her best life and ingested maximum amounts of sand.
It's all fun and games until you face plant in the sand.
I hope these kids look back one day and realize what an amazing childhood life in Alaska is!  They think it is normal to play on a dune with the inlet and mountains in the background.
Love it when they all play together, these are the moments that make it all worth it
Best part is having this handsome devil by my side!
Ollie shocked us all and made it to the top of Baldy all by himself.  Denton only had to carry him briefly at the very end.  I am starting to feel like he may one day no longer be a liability.  We just have to keep pushing!
Fun to see the paragliders at the top
Harper sure loves the chickens (and so do I).
We found a hidden nest.  This explains why we weren't getting very many eggs.
I love our Sunday tradition.  Smoothies, popcorn and survivor.
Cohen is rather slender and sometimes accidentally wears his brothers clothes which can be a little short.
WHO WEARS SHORT SHORTS?
Harper chillin like a villain.
Cohen did a nice family home evening lesson for us.
My friend Lexi threw a fun fall party.  It was amazing because she never does anything small.
Finished up another flag football season.  These boys sure are lucky to have an amazing Dad to coach.
This girl loves to colour
Taking the joyschool kids on an adventure outside.
CRAZY HAIR DAY
Ollie and Roan are best friends.  They usually play so good together.  One time Roan got a car tangled in his hair.  I had a moment of panic and thought I might have to call his Mom and tell her we have to cut his hair.  Luckily I was able to calm down and got it out with minimal hair loss.
I regularly go to playgroup at a local church.  One of the boys favorite activities is to load this car and push it around.  It occasionally end with minor casualties.
