We of course had a red eye out of Anchorage, arrived in Boise around noon and hit the ground running. We had to see our good friends the Arnold's. Their kids are getting so big and I love that we leave right where we last left off. So we hung out at their house for a bit then checked out the fair at Dairy Days in Meridian and then made a stop at Chick-fil-a. Oh how I have missed their chicken sandwich, fries, and lemonade!!!
After we loaded up and headed to Shawn and Charmayne's house. The boys were clearly exhausted by this point and we had a peaceful drive to Payette.
We roasted some marshmallows that night and it was fun to catch up.
The next morning we ran our second spartan race with Eric and Amy! It was just as fun as I remembered and we made way better time this year!
Shawn and Charmayne were nice enough to watch the boys while we raced.
Denton had to fly out the next day so after dropping him off we headed to Rupert. We were lucky enough to go to Twin reunite with the Call's and Teeters. The boys were in heaven and so was I!
We stopped by our friend Boston's grave and said Hi, and let her know how much we missed her.
Grandpa and Grandma have some new backyard neighbors.
We me up with the Call's again for some fun at the Paul splash pad.
Marv displayed his excellent fishing skills and Cohen caught a fish with one of the first casts. I think we ended up catching over 10+ fish in a very short amount of time. The boys thought it was the best thing ever.

Finished off the day with a climb up the dirt hill.
We had so much fun in spending time with grandpa and grandma in Idaho. What lucky boys to have such amazing grandparents!
