Finally we headed for Welling a round 2:00 pm on Friday. To say the van was full would be an understatement. By the time we fit us, presents, and clothes the only place to walk was on top of bags.
After waking up the next morning the boys were out playing in the snow in less than an hour.
Magrath was having their annual basketball tournament and Nathan was coaching J. Percy Page from Edmonton. So after some snow playing we headed to Magrath. We made it just in time for half and it was fun to see Cohen and Mason play on my childhood court. We then stayed to watch the Magrath vs Raymond game. It was pretty intense and Magrath squeaked out a win in the end!!!

Then we made a stop in to visit Great Grandma Wilde, we sure do love her, It was so fun to visit and I wish we could have stopped again on the way home but the weather wouldn't cooperate.
Bubble bath in the GIANT jetted tub
The next day Denton, Ollie and I drove up to Calgary so the boys could go skiing in the morning. My Mom and Paul kept Cohen and Mason who were thrilled! We all slept nicely in Elise's much improved living conditions. Then after a stop for some poutine we headed onto Erin's.We made it in time for me to buy a swimming suit and then off to Erin and Tan's basketball game. T had to come late because she had to work. It was pretty fun that they both forgot their shorts. Nathan brought some for Erin so T had some sweats to wear when she got there.
Ollie was obsessed with crawling onto the court!
By the end Scarley was done but I didn't mind because I got some nice snuggles.
Elise was pretty exhausted by the end of the day. I love that preggo belly!
The boys got to go quadding and get pulled by the sled in their morning spent with Grandma and Paul. On the way up they also stopped at Bass Pro Shop and were in Heaven!
Tyler, Tim, Denton, and Darcy (tyler's friend)
Ginger beards
I LOVE the rocky mountains!
We hot tubbed regularly
We got in some sledding! It hadn't snowed in awhile so it was more like an ice hill. You could get moving pretty fast. We only had a few minor wipe out and we all lived to tell about it. The kids loved it and ran up and down that hill a million times.
We also built some gingerbread houses. It as an experience. Elise and Mason's had some structural issues that Tyler had to come repair. Scar wasn't sort of a disaster. But we succeeded and the kids had fun!
That nice our elves Bust the girl and Sparkle the boy left the kids some nice notes.
