CHRISTMAS 2013 part 1 idaho

Jason and Melanie came a few days early from Arizona so we got to spend a little time with them.  The boys tried to teach their cousins the art of wrestling.

 We went to family night at Carino's. Cohen was too exhausted and fell asleep while we were waiting to pay.

Took the kids to Frozen.  We ALL loved it.

Grandpa Scow prints off pictures and tells the kids stories.  They must be good because they sit there and don't move for the whole story.

 On Christmas Eve Marvin, got roses for Beverly and had one for each of the family to give to her.  Then we watched Joy to the World.

Followed up with some fondue dessert.  We had chocolate and caramel with lots of things to dip.  I ate way too much!

The boys were exhausted from playing with their cousins.

CHRISTMAS MORNING

Christmas was really fun this year.  It truly is magical for kids this age.  They loved everything they opened. Cohen was able to help pick out presents for everyone and was so excited for them to open them.  I am really impressed with his secret keeping abilities.

 

 

 Shawn and family bought the boys football shirts and a flag football set.  Cohen was dying to go and try it out.  It is definitely one of our most used presents.

 We relaxed for the rest of the day ate dinner and then finished it off with some minute to win it games. Everyone was split into two teams and then we had to compete against each other.  We definitely had some good laughs as we watched everyone try to complete their task.

 

 Denton and Jason also managed to plan a little ski trip up to Pomerelle with the kids.  I really wanted to go but I decided to play it safe so I stayed home to pack for our next adventure.  Cohen did great!  Unfortunately Hailey fell and got hurt on one of the first runs and so we didn't get any pictures of her. 

 Cohen fell asleep on the way home and was so out of it Denton was afraid he had suffocated wrapped up in his coat.

We had an awesome time spending Christmas with the Scow's. Cohen and Mason love doing anything that involves their cousins!  Now you just all need to move closer to Twin Falls!!! :)
