Let it snow

Boxing day stroll on the Eagle River.  It was very cold and pretty.  Denton couldn't imagine why people wouldn't want to live here.  It's like living in a real life snow globe he exclaims with excitement. I pointed out the temperature and possibly the fact that we were hiking in the middle of the day and it felt darkish the whole time. He didn't seem to think that was a factor. 

 And then my heart melted a little more.

 Krispy Kreme take over.  I don't know if the rest of the people were as jazzed about us being there as we were.

Sledding in a snow storm.  Some of us found it more magical than others.

 New Years Eve party with the crew.  Ollie was sick and exhausted but somehow managed to stay awake the through the movie.  We watched the Sandlot, and may have given our kids a new vocab.
